Tire storage for condos & property managers
Turn tire clutter into a building amenity. We run building-wide pickup days across Toronto, Ottawa, and Gatineau — residents get their lockers and parking spaces back, and your building offers a perk that takes zero effort to run.
Set Up a Building ProgramThe Problem
Tires don't belong in lockers
Every fall and spring, the same scene plays out in your building: residents hauling heavy tire sets through the garage, into elevators, and into storage lockers that were never meant for them.
Lockers full of rubber
A set of four tires eats most of a condo locker. Residents sacrifice real storage space for something they touch twice a year.
Elevator & garage traffic
Changeover weeks mean carts, scuffed walls, and complaints. Many buildings also restrict what can be stored in parking areas.
An amenity gap
Buildings compete on amenities. A managed tire-storage program is a visible, low-cost perk most buildings in your market don't offer.
How It Works
A building program in three steps
1. Pick a pickup day
We coordinate a date with your concierge or management office — typically one morning each spring and fall changeover season.
2. Residents book in
Residents sign up with your building code. On the day, we collect at the building — every set barcoded, photographed, and logged at intake.
3. Back for the swap
Sets return on a scheduled delivery day each season — or any resident can request theirs individually with 72 hours' notice.
Billing that fits your building: residents pay individually at our standard rate, or the board sponsors the program as an amenity with volume pricing.
For Management
What boards and managers get
Zero administration
We handle bookings, tracking, and logistics. Your office shares a notice and a date — that's the whole job.
One point of contact
A dedicated account manager for your building, with building-level pickup scheduling around your loading dock and elevator bookings.
Documented & insured
Condition photos at intake and return, barcode tracking on every set, climate-controlled storage at 15–20°C, insured while stored.
Condo FAQ
Questions from boards & managers
How does a condo tire storage program work?
We coordinate a building pickup day with your concierge or management office. Residents book with your building code, we collect and barcode every set at the building, store them in our climate-controlled warehouse, and deliver them back on a scheduled day each spring and fall.
Does the building or the resident pay?
Either. Residents can pay individually at our standard rate ($200/set/season, all-inclusive), or the board or property manager can sponsor the program as a building amenity with volume pricing. Talk to us about what fits your building.
Do residents need to be home on pickup day?
In most buildings, no. We coordinate handoff through the concierge or property management, and every set is barcoded and photographed at intake so there are no mix-ups.
Is the storage climate-controlled?
Yes. Resident tires are stored in our secure warehouse at 15–20°C with controlled humidity — barcode-tracked and insured while in storage.
What does it cost the building?
Nothing, in the resident-paid model — the building just gives us a pickup day and a notice board. Sponsored amenity programs get custom volume pricing.
Bring tire storage to your building
Tell us your building size and city, and we'll put together a program proposal your board can review in one sitting.
