Schedule pickup or drop-off
Request a quote online or call us. Tell us your address, number of tire sets, and preferred time. We pick up from your home, condo lobby, or shop — or you can drop off at our facility. Condo residents: we coordinate with building management so you don't have to haul tires through elevators.

Tires are tagged, photographed, and logged
At intake, each set gets a unique barcode tag. We photograph the tread condition, note any existing damage, and log everything into our tracking system. This creates a clear record so there are no surprises when you get your tires back. You'll know exactly what condition they were in when we received them.

Climate-controlled warehouse storage
Your tires are stored in our purpose-built warehouse maintained at 15–20°C with controlled humidity — the exact conditions recommended by tire manufacturers to preserve rubber compound integrity and prevent premature aging. Every set sits on organized racks with assigned locations. Not a basement, shipping container, or outdoor lot.

Retrieve anytime — same-day available
When you're ready for your tires back, request retrieval online, by phone, or by email. We pull your exact set using the barcode, verify against the intake record, and deliver to your home, shop, or directly to your installer. We can coordinate with your tire shop for a seamless seasonal swap. Same-day and next-day retrieval available for Toronto and Ottawa.
